Claims Customer Service Representative

We are hiring Claims Customer Service Representatives to join a rapidly growing insurance servicing team. This is a high-level call center role focused on homeowner claims. You'll serve as a liaison between homeowners and lenders, helping resolve issues related to insurance claims and loss drafts.

Training & Schedule :

Training : On-site from Nov 12 to Dec 9, 2025 (Mon-Fri, 8 : 30 AM-5 : 00 PM)

Nesting Period : Dec 10 to Jan 7

Hybrid Eligibility : Starting February 2026, based on performance

Post-training Shifts : 9 : 30 AM-6 : 00 PM or 10 : 00 AM-6 : 30 PM (Mon-Fri)

Key Responsibilities :

Handle 40-50 inbound calls daily regarding homeowner claims

Navigate multiple systems and research claim details

Manage escalated calls and provide accurate information

Document case notes and follow up via email

Make outbound calls as needed

Required Qualifications :

1-2 years of call center experience (claims, insurance, or escalations preferred)

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Typing speed of at least 35 WPM

Reliable transportation and working cellphone (for dual authentication)

Ability to handle difficult conversations professionally

Preferred Qualifications :

Experience in insurance, mortgage, or Medicaid / Medicare

Work Environment :

Casual dress code (jeans and shirt acceptable)

Clean, cube-style call center with dual monitors and wired headsets

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $19.50 / hr.
