Claims Representative

This is a hybrid position in Daytona Beach, FL. The pay rate for this position is $18.00 / hr, with a potential differential for bilingual candidates. The anticipated start date is 11 / 12 / 2025, with a final interview date of 10 / 28 / 2025. The contract duration is 3-4 months, with a schedule of Monday to Friday from 9 : 30am to 6pm or 10am to 6 : 30pm EST.

Responsibilities include handling 40-50 inbound calls per day related to existing homeowner claims, navigating multiple systems, and researching through the claim tool to assist customers. The role requires handling escalated calls, acting as a liaison between proctor, homeowner, and lender, and maintaining professionalism under pressure. Case notes must be updated in the claim system, and problem-solving skills are essential.
