Job description

Building Automation Systems Sales Engineer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced professional with a strong background in building automation systems (BAS) and PLC solution sales. This role is ideal for individuals with extensive knowledge and proven success in sales within the commercial construction market. The primary focus will be on expanding our presence in the Dallas area, with opportunities for further market expansion.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive growth in the Building Automation System market.

Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders in the commercial construction industry.

Provide expert knowledge and advice on PLC solutions, instrumentation, and controls.

Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Maintain a thorough understanding of industry trends and advancements to effectively promote relevant products and services.

Essential Skills

Proven experience in BAS sales.

Extensive knowledge of building automation systems, PLCs, and HMI.

Strong understanding of instrumentation and controls.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience with VFD systems.

Familiarity with the commercial construction market in Dallas or similar regions.

Work Environment

The role primarily involves engaging with clients in the commercial construction market, focusing on expanding our presence in the Dallas area. The position may require travel to meet with clients and attend industry events. A professional dress code is expected when representing the company to clients and stakeholders.

Job Type & Location

This is a Permanent position based out of Dallas, Texas.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $100000.00 - $110000.00 / yr. Please see attached benefits.

Workplace Type

This is a fully onsite position in Pasadena, TX.
