Manager, Enterprise SEO
The Manager, Enterprise SEO role is responsible for identifying, developing, and managing initiatives that support Enterprise Search Engine Optimization (SEO) programs for Marriott International web experiences. The goal is to capture share of voice from natural search competitors at each stage of the Buyer's Journey to drive website visits, bookings, loyalty enrollments, and credit card acquisitions.
Education and Experience
Required :
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or related field
Minimum of 3 years of SEO experience
Experience optimizing for visibility within Generative AI platforms
Ability to manage multiple agencies / vendors
Demonstrated ability to take complex projects from conception to successful execution
Experience collaborating with associates, vendors and customers in remote locations and international markets (multiple time zones)
Ability to work with cross-functional teams in support of specific business priorities
Self-confidence, energy, and enthusiasm
Effective written and oral communications skills. Sensitivity to global communication needs
Preferred :
Ability to read in write in multiple languages
Experience doing SEO at the enterprise level
Past agency experience
Core Work Activities
Provide SEO consulting to teams within Digital Products, Global Technology, Global Brand & Marketing, regional marketing organizations, Franchise Services, and individual properties.
Develop content strategies that align with business goals
Optimize web experiences for visibility within Generative AI platforms
Leverage approved AI tools to improve operational efficiency
Identify high-authority travel content websites and build relationships with editors to secure inclusion in source material LLMs reference
Improve authority and trust in the external data ecosystem influencing rankings and visibility
Conduct SEO performance analysis using various analytics platforms and make recommendations for key areas of improvement
Communicate results of SEO tactics to appropriate stakeholders, building consensus towards further expansion of efforts
Responsible for achieving annual room night, room night share, loyalty enrollment, and credit card acquisition targets
