When you join us we expect you to :
Oversee and manage all client communications, conflict resolution and compliance.Recommend continuous improvements to our business processes - increasing sales, driving customer focus, building strategic relationships, and reducing operational costs.Serve as the primary point of contact for operational issues, client inquiries and escalations.Manage day-to-day business and operations, starting with an audit and analysis of existing processes, systems and technology, making recommendations for proposed new best practices and spearheading consensus-building among internal and external stakeholders.Promote a culture of accountability by developing standard team KPIs, tracking progress and regularly measuring results. Maintain a consistent feedback loop among employees and management to align on expectations and performance.Provide coaching and mentorship to all team members and create structured training schedules for new hires, CE credits, and cross-training for employee career development.Participate in client meetings and review major client deliverables to ensure goals and quality standards are met.Recruit, onboard, train and retain a team of associates - developing their skills, holding performance reviews, and managing their workload.Cultivate and maintain regular communication with carriers, clients, and internal cross-functional teams.What you’ll bring to our team :
