Job descriptionConstruction experience preferred with an emphasis on estimating. Ability to work under pressure while managing deadlines and budgets. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) and estimating software . Strong ability to interpret plans, specifications, and create material take-offs . Excellent time management, multitasking, and analytical skills . Detail-oriented with the ability to adapt to feedback and refine estimates accordingly. Salary : $75,000 – $100,000 annually (based on experience) Comprehensive Benefits Package : Employer-contributed Health & Dental Insurance H.S.A. contributions (optional with HDHP selection) Voluntary vision plan (100% employee-paid) Employer-paid STD / LTD / AD&D insurance (after 6 months) 401(k) retirement plan with employer match Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) Paid Time Off : Vacation, sick leave, and six paid holidays per year Location : Englewood, CO office Schedule : Monday – Friday, full-time Start Date : Immediate availability

Our expertise includes water and wastewater treatment plants, pump stations, reservoirs, underground utilities, piping, and more . Job Responsibilities :
- Identify and evaluate project opportunities within designated regions.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and project documents to develop competitive bids.
- Source and solicit subcontractors and vendors , ensuring alignment with project requirements.
- Conduct cost analysis of labor, materials, equipment, and time requirements , comparing them to supplier quotes to determine optimal pricing strategies.
- Resolve discrepancies and adjust estimates to finalize competitive and accurate bid proposals before deadlines.
