As we continue to grow, we’re seeking an experienced Construction Estimator to join our Englewood-based team.

This isn’t an entry level role, we’re looking for a sharp, detail oriented, professional who thrives on the complexity of heavy civil, water focused projects and can own the estimating process from start to finish. 🛠 What You’ll Be Doing :

• Identify and select public and negotiated bid opportunities aligned with our scope and expertise.
• Review drawings, specs, and scope documents to prepare accurate and competitive bids .
• Perform detailed take-offs for civil, mechanical, and utility systems , especially in water / wastewater projects.
• Solicit quotes and manage communications with subcontractors and suppliers .
• Analyze and compare labor, equipment, and material costs.
• Collaborate with our project management team to ensure accurate pricing and schedules.

Finalize bids and proposals under deadline with a sharp eye for detail and cost strategy. ✅ What You Bring :

Salary range is $75,000 to $100,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications. ​​​​​​​ 📅 Start Date :
