As a NPI Sr Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Supervisor here at Honeywell, you will be responsible for leading the New Product Introduction (NPI) process and providing technical expertise in advanced manufacturing engineering. You will play a critical role in ensuring the successful launch of new products and driving continuous improvement in manufacturing processes. This position is based in Mason, Ohio.
You will report directly to our Advanced Manufacturing Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our Mason location on a hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the development and implementation of advanced manufacturing processes, ensuring the efficient and effective production of high-quality products. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including design engineering, operations, and quality, to drive innovation and optimize manufacturing processes.
