Our high-volume Service Department is seeking Service Advisors, with excellent customer service skills, to guide customers through the auto repair and maintenance process, advise customers on service options and costs, follow vehicle status from service bay entry to completion, ensure customers are satisfied, and much more. Service Advisor and KIA / Hyundai experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities - Automotive Service Advisor :
- Guide customers through the auto repair / maintenance process, advise customers on service costs and options, offer 'specials', schedule service appointments, greet customers, answer questions, offer additional services and much more.
- Follow vehicle status from service bay entry through completion of work, review work order with customer, and ensure their satisfaction
- Maintain a high CSI score
- Perform other duties as assigned
