Building Inspector
The City of Homestead, Florida, is seeking a Building Inspector to manage and direct the building inspection operations within the jurisdiction to ensure compliance with the Florida Building Code, local amendments, and all applicable regulations. The Building Inspector will oversee inspections related to structural, life safety, and general building systems, provide technical guidance to inspection staff, and ensure consistent and accurate enforcement of building regulations.
The position reports to the Building Official and does not have supervisory responsibilities.
