The HT Group has a Medical / Healthcare client inthe Bee Cave area looking for a Patient Services Representative who is both hands-on and willing to work together to make sure each patient receives proper care and attention.
This individual will be helping to provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced, yet compassionate environment.
This position is full time, working Monday through Friday 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm fully onsite in the Bee Cave area.
Pay : $18-$21 DOE
Responsibilities :
- Patient check-in
- Determining patient costs and collecting payments
- Preparing and maintaining patient charts
- Obtaining and processing referrals and authorizations
- Balancing daily receipts
- Performing data entry
Desired :
- 2+ years Office Administrative work
- Customer Service experience, especially in a medical environment
- Proficiency with computers and EMR software are preferred, as well.
