Director of Human Resources

LHH Recruitment Solutions is currently seeking a Director of Human Resources who has a proven track record partnering with executive leadership to develop company strategy and specifically execute across all HR functions.

Responsibilities :

Partner with executive leadership guiding people strategy to develop a people center strategy that aligns with overall business objectives.

Provide leadership for all strategic and tactical functions of HR including Diversity Equity and Inclusion, Learning and Development, Total Rewards, Talent Acquisitions, etc.

Develop and improve talent management programs such as succession planning, employee engagement, review process, and performance management.

Ensure all the HR policies and procedures are legally compliant, up to date, and efficient and effective across the entire organization.

Utilize data to measure effectiveness of current initiatives and drive continuous improvement through the optimization of HRIS and ATS tools.

Maintain and build strong relationships with internal stake holders as well as all third-party vendors.

Qualifications

8 plus years of progressive human resource experience

PHR or SHRM certification

Masters Degree in HR or related preferred

Demonstrated Project Management or Implementation experience

Employment Type : Full-time

Salary : $120,000 - $140,000 based on experience

Hours : Monday through Friday
