Responsibilities :
- Employ ADP WorkForce Now software to process payroll
- Guarantee the precise calculation of wages, tax withholdings, and deductions.
- Sustain meticulous employee records, encompassing new hires, terminations, and changes in compensation.
- Remain updated on federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations to ensure adherence.
- Foster collaboration with the HR and finance departments to ensure a seamless flow of information.
- Address employee inquiries pertaining to payroll promptly and professionally.
- Prepare payroll reports for management evaluation.
- Aid in year-end payroll activities, including the processing of W-2 forms.
Qualifications :
- Possession of a high school diploma or equivalent; possession of relevant certification or education is advantageous.
- Demonstrated experience as a Payroll Specialist with least 6 years of experience
- Sound comprehension of payroll procedures, tax regulations, and wage computations.
- Familiarity with dashboarding and payroll reporting
- Exceptional attention to detail and precision in data entry and calculations.
- Effective communication skills for interactions with employees and fellow team members.
- Capacity to uphold confidentiality and manage sensitive information discreetly.
- Strong organizational aptitude and the capability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
