Must Have :

Java, Spring Boot, Microservices

AWS, Cloud Native API Development (hands-on API build experience)

Kafka

Cassandra (Preferred) OR MongoDB / any NoSQL DB

Observability tools Splunk, Kibana, AppDynamics, or Dynatrace / DataDog

Kubernetes is a Big Plus
