About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist (PT)

Hours per Shift : 12 hours

Experience : Minimum of 1.5 years of PT experience required.

License : Valid State License in Iowa required.

Certifications : BLS required.

Must-Have :

• Home health experience is a plus.
• Experience working with all age groups.
• Work history / resume.
• Skills checklist completed within the last year.
• Copy of required certifications.
• One supervisory reference required at the time of submission.
• Proof of taxable address to verify bill rate.

Description :

This position offers same-day interviews.

As a member of the interdisciplinary team, the traveler contributes professional and clinical knowledge and skills in the provision and management of care to patients.

The traveler may be asked to float within the same discipline across local campuses.

Work history and resume are required.

A skills checklist must have been completed within one year of submission.

A copy of required certifications is necessary.

One supervisory reference is required at the time of submission.

Proof of taxable address is required to verify the bill rate in accordance with local traveler policy.

The traveler is required to work two of the three winter holidays (Christmas, New Years, or Thanksgiving).

A limit of one day request off is allowed between specified holiday periods for all travelers.

BLS certification and a valid state license in Iowa are mandatory.
