Job Description :

As a Sales Representative, you will be at the forefront of our agency's success, engaging with potential customers and helping them secure the right insurance coverage. Your primary responsibilities will include :

  • Identifying and pursuing new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, and community outreach.
  • Conducting consultative sales discussions to understand customers' needs and recommend appropriate insurance products.
  • Providing exceptional customer service by promptly responding to inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborating with the agency team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Utilizing sales tools and resources to effectively present insurance options and close sales.
  • Managing and maintaining accurate customer records and policy information.

    We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative with the following qualifications :

  • Proven track record of success in sales preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • State insurance licenses (or the willingness to obtain them) is a plus.
