Job Title : Social Media / Influencer Marketing Manager

Pay Range : $70,000 - $135,000

Type of Position : Full Time

Location : Hybrid

Under the direction of the Brand Marketing Director, the Social Media / Influencer Marketing Manager is responsible for managing the firm’s social media presence and engagement strategy, strategy for owned channels, social media calendar / cadence, and content production to align with brand and messaging strategy.

Responsibilities

• Manage all social media platforms, from channel strategy and content development to video production and post design / writing
• Develop the firm’s content and influencer strategy and implement via relevant content across multiple channels
• Develop a content calendar for social and digital marketing activities, including planning, production and posting schedules
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure consistency in strategy, tone, and messaging, and adherence to brand guidelines
• Oversee social reporting, work with data science and channel partners to develop KPIs, metrics, analytics, reporting and optimization strategy
• Track monthly KPIs including engagement, reach, sentiment, and brand awareness (mentions, hashtag performance, impressions)
• Use social listening tools and sentiment analysis to monitor brand mentions, influencer impact, and audience feedback
• Champion new ideas and push for innovation while maintaining expertise on latest digital marketing trends and best practices

Qualifications

Education And / Or Experience

Computer Skills

Knowledge of Internet software; spreadsheet software and word processing software.
