FABS is seeking a Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBA) to join our team of dedicated and caring professionals, to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services to individuals with Autism and related Pervasive Developmental Disorders in their home, community, and clinic setting. Position Description :
Each BCBA is responsible for the design and implementation of individualized behavioral treatment programs for clients in their homes, schools, or community. The BCBA is accountable for ensuring that the treatment plan and goals are communicated and progress occurs. Conduct initial and on-going assessments including the VB-MAPP, ABLLS, AFLLS and Vineland-III. Provide parent training sessions.The BCBA supervises and evaluates Certified Behavior Technician (CBT), Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) performance and provides feedback to develop programs, training and mentoring ensuring high-quality services are being provided.
Minimum Requirements :
BCBA certificateReliable source of transportation and a valid drivers licenseMust pass criminal background checkStrong interpersonal skills, able to build and maintain relationshipsAble to work in a variety of environments including home, community and school settings, and clinic.Preferred Qualifications :
Minimum of 2-3 years of clinical experience as a BCBAWashington State License, LBABCBA Supervision TrainingCPR, BLS certifiedBenefits
