Administrative Assistant

Completion of a High School diploma or equivalent

At least 2 years of directly related experience

Exercises discretion with confidential matters.

This full-time role is about making an impact on peoples lives and the future of clean energy. You will leverage your skills and experience to be part of an innovative team and make a difference for our customers. As an Administrative Assistant in Lynchburg, VA, you will be part of the proven team in the Installed Base Business Unit. One of the Products teams goals is to make a difference for our customers, and you will use your skills to support day to day activities in the office environment. The administrative assistant will support day to day activities to include scheduling meetings, arranging travel, prepare and support both digital and physical operating instructions and work control procedure and presentations for multiple product lines and teams with-in the Nuclear Parts Center. The role also involves answering and directing phone calls, responding to general inquires professionally, ordering and maintaining office supplies and equipment. Additionally, the assistant will support other administrative assistants within the NPC in supporting overall products business lines. Together we will enable clean, safe, and economical low-carbon energy to meet the global ambition for a better tomorrow.

The range of base salary for the position is between $19.20 - $25.10 per hour, and may also include annual incentives, performance bonuses and benefits. Please note that the base salary range is a guideline, and individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, competencies and work location.
