Director, Sales - RCM Services
Location : This is a remote role, but candidates must be based in one of the following locations : Atlanta, GA; Austin, TX; Burlington, VT; or Tallahassee, FL.
Reports to : Senior Vice President, Sales
Salary range : $140,000 - $150,000 + Variable Compensation

What You'll Do
As Sales Director, you will lead revenue growth for Aptarro's ambulatory RCM SaaS solutions, driving business expansion and deepening relationships with healthcare organizations. You will own the full sales cycle, develop strategic opportunities to expand our presence with top-tier RCMS clients, and influence both go-to-market strategy and customer success. This is a high-impact position where your decisions directly shape company growth, product adoption, and long-term client partnerships.
