A growing Condo builder in Boston looking for a leader to help take them to sustain their current growth and develop new verticals.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing operations : Managing teams across departments, such as finance, marketing, HR, and operations, to ensure the company is running smoothly
• Developing strategies : Working with the CEO and other executives to create and implement strategies that align with the company’s goal
• Improving processes : Identifying areas for improvement and developing plans to optimize them
• Managing finances : Overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and ensuring the company is operating within its budget
• Managing risk : Identifying potential risks and developing strategies to mitigate them
• Reporting to the CEO : Providing performance reports, identifying areas for improvement, and offering recommendations
• Standing in for the CEO : Handling leadership responsibilities and making decisions when the CEO is unable to do so
• Developing policies : Creating policies that improve daily operations and deal with employee issues
• Recruiting and hiring : Overseeing the recruitment process to attract the best candidates
• Mentoring employees : Inspiring employees to key into the vision of management
• Collaborating with stakeholders : Working with management and other stakeholders to raise capital and carry out other business-expanding strategies
