As a Patrol Unarmed Officer with Allied Universal at a leading automotive location, you will monitor and patrol assigned areas to help create a secure environment for all personnel and visitors. This is a driving post, so you will be responsible for operating a vehicle as part of your patrol duties. What You'll Do :
- Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
- Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
- Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
- Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
- Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
Responsibilities :
Provide customer service to clients by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner.Conduct regular and random patrols around the auto facility and its perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and / or suspicious behavior.Observe and report any unusual activity or security-related concerns within the location.Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of activities, incidents, and / or observations as required by site procedures.Support access control procedures by monitoring entry and exit points and verifying credentials as needed.Communicate professionally with clients, visitors, and team members while upholding Allied Universal standards.What We're Looking For :

A valid driver's license is required in accordance with Allied Universal driver policy requirements.Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.Ability to lift more than 20 pounds is preferred.Possession of a Security Professional Guard Card is preferred.Current CPR certification is preferred.Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.Licensing requirements are subject to state and / or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.Why Join Us :
