A company is looking for a Bilingual Community Health Worker - Outreach Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct outbound calls to engage members, promote programs, and build trust

Manage inbound calls, addressing member inquiries and providing program information

Execute targeted outreach campaigns and maintain accurate records of member interactions

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a community health worker preferred

1-3 years of relevant experience in community health or social services

Bilingual in English and Spanish

Must reside in California

Familiarity with health and social services systems is preferred
