Payroll Analyst 2

The Harvest Shared Service Center Payroll Analyst provides payroll-related services including but not limited to onboarding, off-boarding, payroll oversight, payroll auditing, time reporting, position management, personnel updates, leave balances, etc. The Payroll Analyst will work with internal and external departments as well as SSC departments to gather information to communicate the accurate entry of information of bi-weekly and monthly payroll processes for both staff and academic faculty. The incumbent will provide data analytics for auditing purposes, to assist in trends and process improvements. The incumbent will be responsible for monitoring UCPath inquiries and escalated inquiries. Works on complex payroll issues provide guidance as payroll subject matter expert (SME). The analyst will assist with the approval of UCPath entries (AWE) under the guidance of the Payroll Director.The full salary range for the Payroll Analyst 2 is $26.82 - $46.17 per hour. However, the expected pay scale for this position is $26.82 - $41.33. We base salary offers on a variety of considerations, such as education, licensure and certifications, experience, and other business and organizational needs.Applicants must have current work authorization when accepting a UCR staff position.
