Job Title : Labor And Compliance Administrator

Principal Duties And Responsibilities

• Auditing for compliance with the prevailing wage and communicating any possible issues in-house and with subcontractors
• Assist in maintaining shared and personal email.
• Communicating issues efficiently and properly to all levels of employees, management, subcontractors, and customers
• Requesting information from Unions and Apprentice committees. Submit reports as directed weekly while maintaining employee confidentiality.
• Assisting in data entry across all Labor Compliance platforms such as; ECPR / DIR, LCP Tracker, Emars, Elations, Ecomply, Elations, LA USD, L&I, WH347
• Effectively completing required forms timely and correctly such as but not limited to DAS (Division of Apprenticeship Standards) 140, DAS142, Fringe Benefit Statements, Labor Law Checklist, CAC, Emp Deduction forms

Compensation Range : $26 - $33 per hour
