A well-established, privately owned outpatient Family Medicine practice is adding a physician to join a stable, high-functioning team. This is a true full-scope Family Medicine environment with long-term community presence, strong clinical infrastructure, and no inpatient responsibilities.
PRACTICE HIGHLIGHTS
• Privately owned practice with over 20 years of community presence and a loyal patient base
• Outpatient-only model with no hospital rounds
• Full support team including MAs, LPNs, nurses, scribes, and administrative staff
• AI scribing and dictation tools to reduce documentation burden
• Large modern facility with in-house lab, imaging, and diagnostic services
• Collegial environment with experienced physicians and APPs
THE ROLE
• Provide full-scope outpatient Family Medicine including adult care, pediatrics, and women's health
• Established patient panel with steady daily volume and strong support staff
• New physicians onboard with lighter schedules while building their panel
• Rare after-hours calls with nursing and APP teams handling most patient messages and refills
• No inpatient or hospitalist duties
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
• Base salary: $270,000-$310,000 (commensurate with experience)
• Bonus: 15 percent of collections above threshold
• Typical total compensation: $320K-$360K+
• 4 weeks paid time off plus paid holidays
• $5,000 CME allowance plus CME days

QUALIFICATIONS
• MD or DO, Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
