Contract Manager

A company is looking for a Contract Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and negotiate contracts, including MOUs, NDAs, and teaming agreements

Evaluate tender commercial requirements and ensure compliance with contract standards

Collaborate with project teams and engage with potential partners for contract negotiations

Required Qualifications

Degree in Engineering, Legal, Business, or related discipline

10+ years of global commercial and contract development experience

Experience with EPC contracts and new plant contract negotiation

Technical and commercial project management skills

5+ years of experience in project management and contractual negotiations
