Supply Chain Director
FPC of Wake Forest has been engaged to locate a Director of Supply Chain for a rapidly growing client in the medical devices space.
This company is well-known for the development of a proprietary technology and a one-of-a-kind patient support program focused on non-invasive pain relief.
So, what will you be doing as Director of Supply Chain?
- Develop the Supply Chain organization and scale it to match company needs
- Champion the selection and implementation of and ERP system
- Develop inventory plans based on forecast
- Create and improve processes around planning, procurement, logistics, and distribution
- Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing Supply Chain team
What you will need to be successful :
- BS in Supply Chain, Engineering, or another related field
- 10+ years of experience leading Supply Chain teams
- Proven ability to develop and implement process and supporting metrics (KPI)
- Prior experience selecting and implementing an ERP system
- Prior experience in the medical devices or pharmaceutical industry
Other things considered a plus :
- CPIM certification
- Prior experience working in a start-up environment
