Job Summary : In partnership with physician and service line leadership, the Director is responsible for operational oversight and development of accessible, high quality, cost effective, and integrated clinics and outpatient services within the Neuroscience and Spine Service Lines, pain program and in conjunction with Wisconsin Institute for NeuroScience (WINS).
Experience Description : A minimum of three to five years in a clinical program leadership capacity is required. Leadership experience in practice management, medical specialty or ambulatory service with demonstrated success in administrative and business competencies, management of human, material and financial resources is preferred.
Education Description : Bachelors Degree in business or a healthcare related field is required. Masters Degree required.
Special Skills Description : Demonstrated leadership with an ability to focus on the macro and micro-environment is required. Demonstrated process improvement competency and outcomes is required. Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical and problem-solving skills are required to work effectively at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated ability to facilitate and lead in a matrix environment.
