For our esteemed AT&T Retail campaign in Portland, we are seeking ambitious and driven individuals to join our team as Business Account Manager . This is your entry-level sales career launchpad—master products, crush customer interactions, and learn to close. As a Business Account Manager , you’ll dive into AT&T’s immersive sales bootcamp, mastering retail strategies, product demos, and consultative closes in real-world scenarios. This is your foundation for dominating customer engagements, hitting targets, and fast-tracking your career with a telecom giant. Bring the grit; we’ll turn it into growth.

Essential Functions of the Business Account Manager :

  • Engage proactively with customers within the AT&T retail environment, initiating friendly conversations and building immediate rapport.
  • Receive comprehensive, hands-on training in AT&T's full suite of products and services, including wireless, internet, TV, and accessories.
  • Conduct engaging product demonstrations that highlight the features and benefits of AT&T's offerings to potential customers.
  • Identify customer needs and recommend tailored AT&T solutions, guiding them through the sales process with expertise and integrity.
  • Assist customers with new account activations, upgrades, and service inquiries, ensuring a smooth and accurate enrollment process.
  • Achieve and exceed daily and weekly sales goals and other key performance indicators set for customer acquisition.
  • Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of AT&T promotions, competitive offers, and industry trends to provide informed recommendations.
  • Provide exceptional post-sale support and ensure customer satisfaction to foster long-term loyalty.
  • Collaborate effectively with team members and management, contributing to a positive and high-energy retail atmosphere.
  • Participate actively in daily training sessions and team meetings, continually developing sales and account management skills.
