Job description

Our client is currently seeking qualified candidates for the Office Services Coordinator position at their Miami offices.

Key Details :

  • Schedule : Monday – Friday, 10 : 00 AM to 7 : 00 PM
  • Reports to : Office Managers
  • FLSA Status : Non-Exempt / Hourly
  • Experience Required : Minimum 2 years in customer service, reception, or a related role (law firm experience preferred)
  • Skills : Strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to perform light physical tasks

Responsibilities Include :

  • Managing mail distribution
  • Maintaining copier equipment
  • Providing general office support
  • Assisting with event setup
  • Performing various administrative tasks'
