Role Summary : The Sales and Catering Assistant is responsible for assisting the Director of Sales in performing all duties and functions for efficient operation of this Hotel and Conference Center in alignment with Hegg Companies.
Key Outcomes :
- Achieve targeted sales and revenue goals
- Effectively coordinates all internal needs of the sales office
- Building and servicing group blocks, to include responding to all incoming RFP's
- Handle all phone and miscellaneous traffic to include inquiries, changes, billing, reservations, etc.
