Social Media Influencer

Become a key player at an exciting startup in the window-covering industry as our social media Social Media Influencer! We’re a dynamic company bold enough to take a disruptive, modern approach in an age-old niche for the sake of two very important things : well-being and sleep!

We’re in search of a lifestyle influencer with an existing following on social media to demo our unique, innovative window-covering solutions! Our online marketplace and direct to consumer approach make us the ideal, most accessible solution in the window covering market, and we need your platform to help spread the word and make our solution the most ubiquitous option in the U.S.!

Must reside in the US for this role - this is a full time, remote, W-2 position. The right candidate i s currently platformed with an existing social media following of 20K+ on IG and / or Tiktok.

The Offer :

• Competitive salary ranging from $85,000- $100,000.
• Health insurance stipend provided through an individual plan.
• PTO and paid holidays.
• Flexible remote schedule interfacing with folks on central time.
• Flexibility may work both ways, with occasional weekend work needed.
• Company-provided tooling and scheduling programs.
• Tech provisions for necessary equipment.

The Role :

• Create stunning content that bolsters our company’s mission and vision.
• Execute exemplary, concise, engaging via posts for your followers on Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, and our company blog.
• Interface with end-users by sourcing customer-created content to repost and repurpose effectively.
• Project manage content creation interdepartmentally, interfacing with our graphic designer and sales team.
• Tracking follower engagement and using data to create a demonstrated track record of sales. Success will be measured by volume of outreach and quality of content!

The Right Candidate :

• Can take customer experience and use it to drive content strategy.
• Is currently platformed with an existing social media following of 20K+ on IG and / or Tiktok.
• Platforming on LinkedIn and Youtube are preferred but not a MUST.
• Is passionate about growing a brand that promotes sleep and well-being.
• Is well-versed in topline content editing programs, with strong multitasking capabilities.
• Will oversee our creative direction and vision by communicating and networking it to other influencers.
• Can demonstrate their individual success with personal content creation and engagement. This is valued over agency experience.
• Is driven, has a unique vision, an eye for detail, and an engaging voice!
• Works autonomously in content creation from vision to execution.
