Key Responsibilities
- Become a knowledgeable partner on Amazon Advertising solutions with revenue experience
- Develop annual brand and media strategies for growth based on overall advertiser goals / objectives
- Develop omnichannel media plans, campaign strategies, and audience targeting recommendations per brand and product line
- Evaluate KPIs and optimize campaign performance using a data driven approach
- Perform in-depth data analysis to deliver actionable insights & recommendations that influence short term / long term digital media strategy
- Educate advertisers on performance metrics, insights, and how to achieve greater results on Amazon
- Work cross-functionally with sales and other Amazon partners to drive incremental revenue and increase advertiser satisfaction
Basic Qualifications
2+ years of digital advertising and client facing roles experienceExperience in omni-channel marketing, search engine marketing or search engine optimizationExperience with problem solving and disruptive innovation, developing technology programs and working across customer organizationsEffectively analyze data and insights to present strategic and tactical plans to advertisersInfluence process improvement that scales broadly; inventing and simplifying within existing processesPreferred Qualifications
4+ years of marketing, brand advertising, media sales or online advertising work and close work with senior advertisers and agency stakeholders experienceBachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, Advertising, Statistics, Engineering, or BusinessExperience working effectively across cross-functional teams and partnering well with people at all levels within an organizationExperience in programmatic strategy and implementationExperience in the advertising, media or agency landscape, and proven track record of reaching and exceeding sales revenue goals via new and existing businessEqual Opportunity Employer

Compensation and Benefits
The base pay for this position ranges from $56,000 / year in our lowest geographic market up to $108,800 / year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and / or other benefits.
