Job Description
Insight Global is looking to hire a Hybrid Customer Support Specialist to join a reconnection team. This person would be responsible for communicating with customers, focus on relationship and building repour.
This person will need to have the ability to handle difficult conversations regarding feedback on products and essentially selling them back in! This person needs to have great phone presence and have great attention to detail.
