Job descriptionPay Range : $18.50 - $22.50+ per hour (hourly base + incentives) First 3 Months Guaranteed Pay : Up to $20.00 per hour minimum while you learn the business-if you exceed this in performance-based earnings, you'll earn even more! Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend the right products and services. Drive sales performance , create quotes, and help achieve store daily and monthly goals. Coordinate repair services , ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish. Manage inventory and maintain an organized, appealing store environment. Grow your skills through ongoing training and career development opportunities. A passion for sales, technology, and helping people. Strong communication and multitasking skills. Willingness to learn and grow within the company. Basic math and tech skills. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs when needed. A valid driver's license. Available to work a 5-shift, 40-hour week, including weekends which include a shift differential! Previous retail or business-to-consumer (B2C) sales experience. Experience in automotive or electronics sales / service. Supervisory experience or leadership potential.
