Description

To evaluate and treat patients, check their communication, cognition and swallowing disorders. Develops, coordinates and maintains Speech Language Pathology services in collaboration with physicians, primary partners, and patient / family.

Assists in direct patient care. Collaborates with other team members to plan and provide important aspects of care, in compliance with standards and guidelines established by the American Speech-Language Hearing Association.

This posting is for multiple openings of a Speech Language Pathologist at St. Elias Specialty Hospital in St. Elias, AK.

We are hiring for the following positions in the Speech Therapy Department :

Speech Language Pathologist - Full-Time, 1.0 FTE, Day Shift, 40 Hours Per Week ($5,0000 Sign on Bonus and Relocation package )

Required qualifications :

Master's Degree in Speech Language Pathology.

Preferred qualifications :

  • Upon hire : Alaska Speech Language Pathologist License.
  • Upon hire : National Provider BLS - American Heart Association
