LHH Recruitment is currently searching for a Sales Coordinator. The Sales Coordinator plays a key role in supporting the sales team by managing administrative tasks, coordinating sales activities, and ensuring smooth communication between internal departments and external clients. This role helps drive efficiency and effectiveness across the sales process.
Responsibilities :
Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling meetings, preparing presentations, and maintaining customer records.
Coordinate sales activities such as lead tracking, pipeline updates, and reporting.
Assist in the preparation of sales proposals, contracts, and quotes.
Liaise with clients to schedule calls, follow up on inquiries, and ensure timely responses.
Maintain CRM systems and ensure data accuracy.
Monitor and report on sales performance metrics.
Collaborate with marketing, finance, and operations teams to support sales initiatives.
Handle incoming calls and emails related to sales inquiries.
Support onboarding of new sales team members.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred.
2+ years of experience in a sales support or administrative role.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Hours : 9 : 00am-5 : 00pm
Monday through Friday
