What You'll Do :

Monitor and respond to alarms, calls, and incidents at a commercial real estate location in a calm, problem-solving manner, following Allied Universal and site-specific protocols.

Coordinate communication with on-site personnel and relevant emergency services as necessary, ensuring timely and accurate information sharing.

Document all security-related incidents and dispatch activities accurately in company and client systems.

Assist with access control procedures by managing visitor and contractor entry and exit according to location policies.

Provide security-related customer service to clients, tenants, and visitors, addressing inquiries and concerns professionally.

Support regular and random patrols of the location by dispatching officers as needed and tracking their status.

Assist with emergency response activities by initiating protocols and notifying appropriate contacts as directed by Allied Universal policies and site procedures.

Minimum Requirements :

At least 1 year of security-related experience is required.

Experience with access control and / or badge systems is preferred.

Experience providing customer service is preferred.

Comfortable using a computer or tablet is preferred.

Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
