As a Scheduler, you'll play a key role in ensuring smooth workflow across RK's fabrication shops balancing manpower forecasting, batch flow, and delivery timelines. Working closely with Project Managers, CAD, field, and shop teams, you'll help drive operational excellence and on-time project delivery. Position Summary

Responsible for updating both the forecast and daily schedules to optimize batch flow through the fabrication shop. Work with Project Managers, field personnel, and Shop Planners to create realistic, but flexible schedules to ensure a high-quality product is produced that meets or exceeds the customer's requirements and is ready for delivery to the project on time.

Role Responsibilities

• Use CPMI information to input initial schedule to use as a forecasting tool in the prediction of shop manpower.
• Schedule Sheet Metal, Piping, Plumbing and Structural fabrication.
• Assist in the assignment of hours and on-site dates to batches.
• Coordinate and track CAD completion dates and shop schedules.
• Coordinate delivery dates with transportation and field.
• Create detailed shippers for each batch.
• Be able to work closely with personnel to help improve their planning and scheduling skills.
• Responsible for accurate allocation of shop hours.
• Other duties as assigned.
