Manufacturing Engineer Sr

You will be the Manufacturing Engineer Sr for the Ocala Operations. Our team is responsible for delivering high-mix, high-volume electronic assemblies, circuit cards, wiring harnesses, and electromechanical products. As the Manufacturing Engineer Sr you will be responsible for developing and executing manufacturing processes that drive quality, efficiency, and cost-effectiveness. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Develop and implement Manufacturing Process Plans for electronic, cable, harness, and electromechanical assemblies.
• Create tooling, support equipment, and process flows using drafting and software tools.
• Provide technical guidance to operators and troubleshoot assembly performance.
• Apply lean principles to reduce cost and increase yields.
• Investigate root causes of failures and drive corrective actions.
