Job Overview

Responsible for overall management of Maintenance Department Operations.

Job Responsibilities and Essential Duties

• Overall responsibility for Maintenance Operations.
• Support manufacturing by assuring timely maintenance and repair task completion.
• Works closely with Engineering to assess and resolve production and equipment issues.
• Works closely with all functional areas of the organization as required expediting problem solutions.
• Responsible for assuring training for Maintenance Personnel is current and appropriate.
• Provides troubleshooting support when required.
• Responsible for assuring Preventative Maintenance schedules are updated, generated and maintained as required per GDP and in a timely manner.
• Responsible for the maintenance of spare parts inventory.
• Assists in special projects as needed.
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related duties as requested.

Annual Salary of 110K to 130K depending on experience with 15% STIP
