• 5x8 days or 4x10 schedule with 8 am start time
• Call required 1 Sunday per 5 weeks
• Every 5th week work Saturday and Sunday for admits
• Patients with general weakness, back pain, and orthopedic conditions
• Home health setting
• Physical therapy assistants available for routine visits
• PT responsible for admits, evaluations, and discharges
• Minimum 1 year home health experience required
• We provide complimentary housing and travel
• We arrange and cover costs for licensing and malpractice
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process

Per week (based on a 40-hour work week). Includes estimated taxable wages of $23.00 - $40.00 per hour and estimated tax-free reimbursements for meals, incidentals, and housing of $900 - $1,400 per week based on GSA guidelines (subject to eligibility, location, and seasonal adjustment).
