A company is looking for an IT Customer Support Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Respond courteously and promptly to user inquiries via phone, chat, and tickets
Utilize ServiceNow to manage and maintain tickets throughout their lifecycle
Coordinate with vendor technical support for effective resolution of third-party services
Required Qualifications
Minimum High School Diploma or GED required
Associate degree in IT or related professional certification preferred
At least 1 year of IT Helpdesk or Service Desk experience required
Customer service experience, preferably in a call center environment
Strong technical abilities with computers and mobile devices required
