Costume Manager
Description of Work
Under general supervision of the Director of the Johnny Carson School of Theatre and Film and Costume design faculty, the Costume Manager will manage the costume shop budget, inventories (supplies, materials, equipment, costumes, wigs, makeup) and personnel.
The successful candidate will work collaboratively on all JCSTF and Nebraska Repertory Theatre productions to design costumes and execute all costume, wigs, makeup, and coordinate costume crafts.
The individual will adhere to budgets identified in coordination with the Director of the School and / or production personnel.
Additionally, the individual will teach two courses annually in the following areas of content : cutting / draping, flat and / or period patterning, costume construction, costume crafts, and makeup.
