Job Description

The General Surgery unit offers a 44-bed capacity with a focus on telemetry and high-quality patient care. The night shift staffing grid ensures comprehensive support with a charge nurse, RNs, CNAs, and a unit secretary. As a nurse in this unit, you'll be managing a patient ratio of 1 : 7, ensuring optimal care and communication among a multidisciplinary team.
