This is work conducting organizational studies and evaluations, designing office systems and procedures, conducting work simplifications and measurement studies, providing technical assistance, and developing operations and procedures to assist organizations in operating more efficiently and effectively. May include program analysis, management consulting, and examination development.
Responsible for assisting in the analyzing, evaluating, implementing, monitoring, and maintaining production schedules and jobs using a multifunctional automated job scheduler (OpCon). Prepares and compiles data for a spreadsheet of the completion of production schedules and jobs in automated job scheduler, daily failures in automated job scheduler (OpCon) and requests for modification of production jobs in Cherwell by users. Responsible for research of SAP systems for the data of damaged forms that are damaged in the DOR Mail Room and ensure the forms are reprinted to be mailed out timely.
