In this role, you will leverage your expertise in data analysis to deliver actionable insights that drive organizational success. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business stakeholders, data engineers, and data scientists, to analyze complex datasets, design dashboards, and support data-driven decision-making. Your work will contribute to shaping strategic initiatives, solving operational challenges, and improving client outcomes. This role emphasizes both technical proficiency and strong communication skills, as you will interpret and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences. The position requires agility, creativity, and a focus on delivering measurable value in a dynamic, mission-driven environment. You will also maintain a Public Trust clearance and apply best practices in data governance and analysis to ensure accuracy, security, and compliance.

Accountabilities

• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders to understand organizational objectives.
• Operationalize business questions using data, applying statistical and analytical methods to provide actionable insights.
• Build complex SQL queries, transform and cleanse data using tools such as SQL, Python, or R.
• Design conceptual data models, entity relationship diagrams, and business process models.
• Create dashboards and visualizations using Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools to communicate insights effectively.
• Interpret data findings and present results to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Document analysis processes and outcomes, maintaining data integrity and adherence to security standards.
• Apply subject matter expertise to support decision-making across finance, employment, web analytics, or other domains.
