Clinical Leadership Opportunity : Lead Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner - Occupational Health (Hybrid / Remote)

Shape the future of occupational health as a key clinical leader in our expanding healthcare organization. We're seeking a visionary Family Medicine Nurse Practitioner to establish and lead our new Occupational and Environmental Medicine clinic in Albany, NY, with regular engagement in Syracuse.

Position Overview

• Location : Albany, NY (Primary) + Syracuse visits
• Schedule : 0.8 FTE (32 hours / week) | Monday-Thursday
• Work Model : 2 days in-clinic, 2 days telehealth
• Compensation : $92,000 - $147,004 DOE
• Hours : 8 : 00 AM - 4 : 30 PM or 8 : 30 AM - 5 : 00 PM
