Job descriptionProven experience as a construction superintendent with three years’ experience and at least two verifiable projects. Conduct regular inspections, enforce safety protocols and address any issues that arise to ensure compliance with specifications, quality standards and timelines. Strong organizational and communication skills, with a good track record in project management and team collaboration Develop comprehensive work plans and schedules to ensure smooth project execution. Collaborate closely with project managers, engineers and stakeholders to meet milestones on time and within budget. Monitor project budget, costs, job forecasts and productivity to optimize project efficiency. A Commercial Specialty Contractor – Glass and Glazing Competitive compensation package commensurate with experience.
